Click on the following: Manage Account -> Activity Logs. Select the start and end dates for the logs to be viewed. Then click on the Get Logs button. Activity log data is retrieved in groups of 100 rows. To get the next set of 100 log rows click the Next Page button. To view the previous 100 logs click on the Prev. Page button.

Click on the following: Manage Account -> Subscription History. Select the start and end dates for the subscription logs to be viewed. Then click on the Get Logs button. Subscription log data is retrieved in groups of 100. To get the next set of 100 log rows click the Next Page button. To view the previous 100 log rows click on the Prev. Page button.

Click on the following: Manage Account -> Upgrade Subscription. Read and accept the Terms and Policy. Select the new subscription in the dropdown box. Click the Upgrade Subscription button to effect this change. Note that a non-trial account can only be upgraded if its current subscription has expired.

Click on the following: Manage Account-> Downgrade Subscription. Read and accept the Terms and Policy. Select the new subscription in the dropdown box. Click the Downgrade Subscription button to effect this change. Note that a non-trial account can only be downgraded if its current subscription has expired. This operation will fail if the number of forms or users exceeds the number allowable for the new downgrade subscription.

Click on the following: Manage Account-> Renew Subscription. Read and accept the Terms and Policy. Make payment. Your subscription will be renewed as soon as the payment successfully goes through. Note that a non-trial account can only be renewed if its current subscription has expired.
