A few seconds after this application is started, the screen shown should be similar to what is depicted in the image above. If a blank purple screen persists after 10 seconds from the start of CCA Desktop, click on the “View” menu highlighted in the image above and then click "Reload". This action should bring up the CCA Desktop dashboard.
